Held every February, the MESAU All Women’s Cohort is a specialized training program designed to support and empower women pursuing careers in corrosion control and cathodic protection. Through hands-on technical training, expert mentorship, and field experience, participants build a strong foundation for success in the industry.
We created this program to foster a more inclusive and diverse workforce—removing barriers, building confidence, and opening doors to leadership opportunities for women in a traditionally male-dominated field.
